Dali & Cocky Prince
Dali & Cocky Prince is a romance comedy mini-series. The story is about a romance of smart but poor girl Dali and a rich but ignorant guy MuHak.
The main character Dali has lots of knowledge and sense of art but she has become very poor girl as her family which was super rich just got bankrupted. As her father’s last will was to save the art gallery he owns, Dali struggles to save it.
But the creditor MuHak comes to the art gallery and starts to make mess telling her to give his money back. There was nothing Dali can do but after MuHak hears her desperate situation, he decides to help her instead. So he starts to take care of the art gallery together with Dali.
However, as MuHak has no artistic knowledge, he only cares about the money not artist value of the arts. So he is like “you are paying millions for this scrap metals and colored papers?” But, with Dali, he starts to learn the true beauty of arts and learn that in the world there is something more valuable than money which is Love.
A Young Lady and Gentleman
Even though Dan-dan was born in a poor family, she makes every effort to succeed on her own.
However, her stepbrother, Dae-baem is such a get-rich-quick that he used to be in diverse businesses, only to fail and even lost his rent deposit. Dan-dan was convinced that her parents would kick Dae-baem out of the house for sure this time. But, her parents are on his side saying that everything’s fine as long as Dae-baem is fine. Dan-dan, as she couldn’t stand her parents and brother anymore, leaves the house and starts to live in Young-guk’s place as a resident tutor.
Her professor in college introduced this job and Young-guk’s house, so Dan-dan decides to work hard not to let the professor down.
But, wait. What? Her father Su-cheol was hired as a private driver and has been living in Young-guk’s place ever since Dan-dan left the family. To make matters worse, her mother Yeon-sil is living there, too. As Dan-dan doesn’t want to look suspicious, this family decides to keep it secret from Young-guk. She doesn’t know what to do if she gets caught, but she does her best to make Young-guk’s children happy. However, as she spends more time with Young-guk and his children, things are going differently from what she expected. This gentle guy Young-guk starts to grow on Dan-dan. But wake up Dan-dan! He’s a 40-year-old man and has three children. But, it seems that she cannot but fall in love with him.
But the thing is, Young-guk’s secretary, Sara, is not happy about Dan-dan and Young-guk. In fact, Sara has loved Young-guk for years. To make it worse, Sara finds out that Su-cheol and Yeon-sil Dan-dan’s parents live in the backhouse. “It seems like this family just made all this up!” Sara insists that Young-guk should kick Dan-dan’s family out of the house. However, the one who is kicked out of the house is Sara, not Dan-dan. Sara is furious over Dan-dan.
Meanwhile, Young-guk is missing on the mountain after he visits there to get his head together.
A few days later, he is discovered who cannot remember his life after the age of 22.
Police University
Seonho is a dry-as-dust, 19-year-old boy who’s never owned or wanted anything due to an underprivileged childhood. However, when he develops a crush on Kanghui, a total opposite compared to him, he’s motivated to achieve something for the first time. His goal becomes to enter the same police university as Kanghui. As Seonho meets bright young cadets chasing the same dream of becoming a police officer, a myriad of colors paint Seonho’s personality. However, Dongman, who is a professor at the police university, had arrested Seonho red-handed for hacking a bitcoin trading. As Dongman does not believe in rehabilitation of criminals, he tries his best to get Seonho expelled, but it is easier said than done. Seonho shows his grit, competitiveness, and talents in order to stay, and Dongman starts to have second thoughts.
